  • Shelley Noble-Letort PhD is NIM Founder and HealthTrust 360 Program Director, certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT/E-RYT) since 1999. Dr. Noble-Letort is the Cambridge Scholar author of Mapping Caves: Human-Earth Expressions on Integrative Health and Our Environment and was the 8th President of the European Congress of Integrative Medicine (ECIM). In addition to her work as an Integrative Health Consultant, Shelley is a yoga therapist specializing in delivering care to people suffering from chronic illness such as cancer and cardiac conditions. She has worked for many years with pre/post-natal women and their babies as well as couples in preparation for childbirth. Shelley has an integrated focus on evidence-based research and techniques that help overcome pain with a focus on breathing, relaxation, movement, meditation, dreamwork and active visualization.
