A walk in nature

The Japanese call it shinrin-yoku, “forest-bathing” or “taking in the forest atmosphere.” The importance of the natural world to human health is understood by many cultures.

The practice of walking in nature can be enjoyed in any natural environment; by the sea, in the forest and valley or mountaintop.
